Refunds
At the moment, all merchandise sales are final. We are unable to process returns or exchanges at this time due to the small scale of the project. If the parcel is damaged during transit, please contact us at  nenobrand2023@gmail.com for assistance within 3 days of receiving the order.

Shipping

Please allow 3-4 weeks for fulfillment + shipping transit time as each product is made to order. Tracking will be emailed after processing. Orders will be shipped on weekdays in the order they were received and to the address entered. Please make sure the address is correct. We are not responsible for country taxes/duties, damaged orders, lost orders, delivery errors, delivery delays, delivery attempts, and the like once we ship items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
